This is a 2-day event with 3 sessions to participants the true understanding of what it takes to make Slow Food tamales from scratch.
The classes:
Saturday morning 9 am -12 pm . Grinding Corn, grown on the farm, and make tamale fillings
Saturday afternoon 1 pm - 5 pm -Filling tamales with multiple flavors (vegetarian options available)
The "Steam" DINNER!
Sunday dinner 6 - 9 pm
Beverages are welcome, as are Mexican themed side dishes
