On the menu: pizza by Moxie Bread Co, pork from Sky Pilot Farm, and creative seasonal dishes by Donna Merten of the Farmstand Collective. Sample DryLand Distiller’s cocktails made with heirloom wheat, meet author Bob Quinn of Grain by Grain fame, listen to some home-grown bluegrass music, and have a great time!
This event is a fundraiser for the Colorado Grain Chain, a newly-formed membership organization comprised of family-owned and-operated businesses that produce grain and grain products from heritage, ancient and locally-adapted grain. Founding members are farmers, millers, bakers, brewers, distillers and chefs. The Grain Chain is devoted to promoting member businesses and raising awareness and demand for their products throughout Colorado.
