Classes and panel discussions
The more you know, the more you grow! That is our motto here at Slow Food Boulder County. Education is at the heart of our outreach. Over the past year we’ve sponsored panels on topics such as organic farming, the local grain economy, tamale making and cheese tasting.
Happy Hours and dinners
Food is all about sensory pleasure and fun, and our Slow Food chapter celebrates the deliciousness of food and drink by sponsoring Happy Hours, restaurant events, and farm-to-table dinners. Come join us for a future fun filled evening!
Slow supper club
What better way to enjoy your Slow Food friends, old and new, than sitting down to a wonderful home cooked meal! This winter we are planning to start a Slow Supper dining-in program that will rotate between houses for multi-course dinner parties where everyone brings a course. Stay tuned!
