WHAT: In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll walk you through the basics of canning and preserving using one of the simplest (and tastiest) recipes - homemade applesauce! You’ll learn how to prep, cook, and safely seal your jars while discovering tips and tricks to make the process easy and fun. By the end, you’ll head home with your very own jar of applesauce and the know-how to start preserving other fruits, too. No experience needed, just come ready to peel, stir, taste, and enjoy the magic of canning during this expert-led class.
