About the Event
Carmen Pacheco is an instructor in the Mechanical Engineering department at the University of Colorado, a food scientist specializing in Food Engineering, a board member of the Colorado Grain Chain, and an entrepreneur.
With her extensive global experience studying foods like chocolate and coffee, she brings unique expertise to the table.
Join us for a hands-on workshop where Carmen will teach you how to make a traditional cultural condiment.
