To celebrate heirloom wheat and locally grown food. To nurture community around real food.

Contestants MUST use heirloom wheat flour in the crust and as much locally grown produce/fruit as possible in the filling.

Moxie Bread co, Dry Storage and Pastificio Boulder (1-2lbs/each entry)
After contest, slices will be sold for $2/piece to support Slow Food Boulder’s school garden project at Central Elementary School in Longmont
