Holiday Snail Basket

At Slow Food Boulder County, we believe everyone deserves food that is good, clean and fair. Our Snail of Approval program celebrates the local businesses who make that possible every day, and this holiday we packed a whole basket full of them.
 
Inside you’ll find heirloom wheat pasta from Pastificio, freshly milled flour from Moxie Bread Co, functional flour from Dry Storage, wholesome granola from Nude Foods, garlic dill pickles from Know Your Roots, fermented brine shots from Ferment Culture, raw honey from Boulder Valley Honey with its own wooden dipper, heirloom dill and calendula seeds to plant come spring, and a few more surprises from our Snail of Approval family. It’s a little taste of everything that makes our foodshed special, tied up with a big red bow.

Valued at $250, yours for $122. Half of every sale goes to our Farmer Education Fund, helping local growers keep learning, experimenting and feeding our community for years to come.
