Join Slow Food Boulder County and Cheese Importers for a guided journey through Italy's cheesemaking traditions, from the Alpine north to the sun-drenched south. Cheese Importers' Resident Cheese monger, Jimmy Fay, will lead a tasting of six exceptional Italian cheeses, sharing the regions, traditions, and craftsmanship behind each one.
After the tasting, get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Cheese Importers' famous cheese cooler, home to one of Colorado's largest selections of artisan cheese. Attendees receive 10% off any purchase made that day.
