About the Event
2026 Slow Food Denver Annual Farm Dinner
Join the Slow Food Denver team on August 29th at historic Chatfield Farms in Littleton for an evening celebrating Slow Food Denver's 25-year history.
This silver anniversary dinner features a multi-course, late-harvest menu by Michelin-recommended Restaurant Olivia. A silent auction and live paddle raise will support our shared work toward a more equitable food system.
VIP guests start the afternoon early with a tasting from Uncle Tim's Cocktails, a private farm tour, exclusive access, appetizers, and live music. All guests open the evening with a welcome cocktail by Uncle Tim's Cocktails or a non-alcoholic pour featuring Horizon Verjus.
Every ticket, paddle raise, and winning bid fuels the next generation of food leaders — supporting Seed to Plate, Community Workshops, the Snail of Approval program, and the daily work of growing good, clean, fair food for all.
