About the Event
Join Atreyee from Hundy's Biryanis and Bowls on an educational tour of East Indian Cuisine.
This intimate workshop also coincides with Diwali, India's National Celebration of Lights

Who is Atreyee? She is a scientist, chef, writer and now trying her hand at slow food entrepreneurship with her husband at Hundy's Atreyee is happiest in the kitchen making food with friends and sharing stories. This Diwali - the festival of lights and hope - come and learn to aromatize the oil, make baked saffron rice and make a simple dinner that celebrates local food and the joy of slow cooking.
