Learn How to Make Italian Risotto Two Ways
Join us for a delightful cooking class where you'll learn to prepare two delicious variations of risotto: one with fresh spring asparagus and the other with savory mushrooms. Using local ingredients, we will create a memorable meal that includes heirloom grain bread, a farmers market salad, wine, and dessert.
