Our next gathering is set for Thursday, August 14, at 6:30pm at Dry Land Distillers and it’s all about the juicy, sweet stars of summer: Stone Fruit
We’ll be diving into how to use peaches, plums, apricots, and more in cocktails — from simple syrups and garnishes to infusions and bitters. You'll get to taste a lineup of delicious stone fruit cocktails, learn tips for bringing fruit-forward flavor into your home bar, and take home recipes to try yourself.
Plus, we’ll be making a fun bonus item: a homemade fruit fly trap (because fruit season can be inviting for annoying kitchen pests).
